Good purchase and does the job.

I just ordered a 2nd replacement tank FOC, not the whole steamer and accessories, as my 2nd tank had cracked after only a short while. Daniel was amazing and extremely accommodating in replacing this for me and even sent me a realy good free gift for my trouble. I have since ordered 2 filters which arrived in double quick time. I cannot fault the company and despite the hiccups with my water tank I've been very pleased with the steamer.

Malheureusement j’ai essayé de vous joindre par courriel, mais sans succès. C’est mon 2e H20, le 1er n’a duré que 3 ans. Quand j’ai commandé le produit sur votre site, je l’ai fait car vous annonciez un produit gratuit en prime que je n’ai jamais reçu. Très décevant.

Great Service
